1The pitch
Motorfest turns the island into a festival with curated Playlists. Each one is a short guided tour of a car culture, with its own events and presentation.
2How it plays
Handling is lighter and more forgiving than Forza, and you can switch between car, boat and plane at any time. Grand Races mix all three into long multi-vehicle events for many players.
3Where it beats its rival
Against Forza Horizon 5 it wins on variety of vehicles and on its themed Playlists, which give newcomers a clear path. It is the better pick if you like guided content and mixing cars with boats and planes.
4Look & sound
Hawaii looks bright and colourful, with sunsets and volcano roads that are a pleasure to cruise. The music fits each Playlist.
5Setup & value
It lists at $59.99 on Steam and runs on Windows. It requires an online connection. Steam lists it as Verified on Steam Deck, which is a real advantage over its rival.

Verdict
